John Kirschner, principal and founder of Management Recruiters of Evergreen, combines over 20 years of recruiting success with 17 years of chemical sales and sales management experience, providing his clients and candidates with a degree of insight gained only through authentic experience and substantial industry immersion. After progressing through various sales and sales management roles with Ashland Chemical Company, John concluded his career with Ashland as a Regional Business Manager in 1996. In September of that same year, John launched Management Recruiters of Evergreen. Since that time, John has grown a successful business, leveraging his unique industry perspective and years of trusted relationships to make more than 500 placements with 126 major chemical companies. John's insider knowledge and continual contact with exceptional passive talent and hiring managers allows him to provide both clients and candidates with a level of service and access that is simply superior.
